Youth Club Constitution
Times and meetings
The group will meet fortnightly on a Saturday evening from 7.30p.m. to 9p.m. and fortnightly on alternate Sundays from 8.15p.m. to 9.30p.m.
Membership
The Youth Club is open to all 11-18 year old young people.
Child Protection
The Youth Club will operate under the guidelines of Donemana Presbyterian Church's Child Protection Policy.
Leaders
All leaders will fill in application forms, which will be considered by the Kirk Session. From September 2005, all leaders' forms will be sent to the Social Witness Board, Church House for a POCVA check.
Young People
All young people attending will be required to have a parental permission slip filled in each year. An additional permission slip will be filled in for visits and overnight stays.
Office Bearers
A chairperson, secretary and treasurer will be appointed.
Leaders will meet regularly to plan the programme.
Activities
A range of activities will be on offer including football, volleyball, pool, playstation dance mat, badminton etc. There will be leaders present in each area of the building where activities are taking place.
Bank Account
The bank account will be audited annually and the account will be printed in the Church accounts.
